Jack
RESCUE DIRECTOR
Jack is the founding member of Rescue Recovery 1 and one of our directors. He established Rescue Recovery 1 to provide high-level fire service support to the motorsports community. Six years later, the organisation has shifted focus to providing medical services, enhancing its contributions to the wider community.
With over 10 years of experience in fire and technical rescue training, along with expertise in road traffic management—both in operational and design capacities—Jack demonstrates a strong commitment to public safety. His dedication to community service is evident in his efforts to volunteer with various charitable organisations, instilling a culture of giving back within his team.

Alan (RN)
CLINICAL SERVICES DIRECTOR
Alan joined our team in 2022 as a Clinical Nurse Specialist, where he leads a dedicated team focused on managing acutely unwell patients within their home environments.
His background as a Scout Leader and clinical nurse has equipped him with essential skills as a calm and confident first responder, whether in remote locations or familiar settings such as homes and hospitals. In late 2023, Alan was appointed as a director alongside the founder, Jack. Since then, he has been instrumental in advancing Rescue Recovery 1's mission and future initiatives.

Dr Tracey MBBS
CHIEF OF MEDICAL OPERATIONS
Dr Tracey joined the organisation in 2024 and has quickly become a pivotal member, contributing significantly to its success and development.
Dr Tracey was a mature aged medical student, after training as a nurse at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital in the 1980s. She later studied laboratory science at Curtin University and worked in Haematology, Biochemistry and Virology during the initial HIV crisis.
Dr Tracey studied Medicine at University of Notre Dame, Fremantle. She graduated in 2008 and has been working in Western Australia ever since. She has worked in Emergency on several different occasions, and multiple inpatient and community settings.
She worked in South Hedland and surrounding Aboriginal communities for 6 months and has found her passion in older adult community mental health.
Dr Tracey is currently employed by the North Metropolitan Health Service as a Prescribed Medical Practitioner (specialist Psychiatric Senior Medical Practitioner) at Wanneroo Older Adult Community Mental Health. She is a mother of daughters and a grandmother of 11, who believes in the love of family and service to community.
Her passion and drive makes her a vital member of the management team and clinical governance.

Brayden (ASEN)
DEPUTY CHIEF MEDICAL OPERATIONS
Brayden has over six years of experience in the medical profession, encompassing both clinical and field settings. His extensive background is complemented by a strong commitment to community service and volunteer work, reflecting his dedication to providing optimal support and service to clients.
Additionally, Brayden possesses significant expertise in radio telecommunications, having developed mobile radio repeater systems and currently managing and servicing the communication equipment for Rescue 1. His diverse skill set ensures a reliable and effective approach to both medical and technical challenges.

Jessie
ASSISTANT CHIEF OF HUMAN RESOURCES
Jessie serves as the co-founder and sister of one of the Directors, Jack. Her expertise in conflict management and resolution is a valuable asset to the team. With a flexible role that evolves from day to day, she remains the primary point of contact for significant events, ensuring that the team operates at peak efficiency.
With many years of experience in event management, Jessie is well-regarded by clients for her ability to streamline the booking and preparation processes, making event planning straightforward and effective. Her dedication contributes significantly to the overall success of the team's objectives.

Macaylor
CLINICAL TRAINING MANAGER
Mac is a highly experienced medical professional with over 15 years in the medical industry, including more than 10 years within the ambulance sector. She currently serves as a valued team member with Tactical Medical Australia, specialising in medical support for law enforcement operations.
Mac has extensive expertise in complex trauma and rescue operations, tactical medicine, and emergency response across metropolitan, rural, and mining environments. She also holds a particular specialisation in mental health response, providing informed, compassionate care in high-pressure and critical situations.
Her training and instructional experience is broad and diverse, ranging from educating students through to delivering advanced vehicle extrication and trauma simulation training for Emergency Response Teams (ERT), including at the Tanami Mine Site.
Driven by a genuine passion for her profession, Mac is deeply committed to helping those who cannot help themselves. This guiding principle has underpinned her medical and fitness careers and continues to shape her approach to patient care, training, and leadership.

Casey (RP)
LOGISTICS MANAGER
Casey has dedicated three years to the medical field, with a primary focus on event health services. Her professional experience encompasses roles in event medical support, emergency departments, and critical patient transport. Driven by a passion for community care, Casey is dedicated to ensuring that necessary resources are readily available when needed.
In early 2024, she transitioned into the role of Logistics Manager, where she plays a pivotal role in implementing changes to our ambulance crews, aimed at enhancing service delivery to clients.

Emma
SOUTHERN OPERATIONS MANAGER
Emma has over a decade of experience in traffic management, leading a large team on major projects in Western Australia. Her expertise in firefighting and medical response adds value to the Rescue 1 team, ensuring client satisfaction.
In early 2024, she earned a Diploma of Emergency Health Care and became Operations Manager for the southern region, overseeing Rescue Recovery 1's growing client base and making significant contributions in her field.
In 2025, Emma added to her current duties and took on the role of liaison officer for the BMX services, providing ongoing support to our BMX community

Alicia
STUDENT PLACEMENT MANAGER
Alicia joined Rescue Recovery 1 in November 2022 and has worked in various healthcare positions, including events, hospital and patient transport.
With over 4 years in the medical field as a medic, Alicia has developed an extensive repertoire working with patients in all walks of life. Alicia thrives in the fast-paced environment that being a medic includes, but also loves the compassion and the rapport that is vital in a patient’s life.
She is a firm believer in the importance of treating every patient with a level head and the utmost care and professionalism. To further her skill and knowledge, she is currently studying her Bachelor’s of Paramedicine and a certificate in disaster management.
Alicia enjoys working closely with the team at Rescue Recovery 1 and is looking forward to seeing what she can further achieve in her role as an operations and logistics officer.
Alicia has recently undertaken the role of Student Placement Manager and works closely alongside Australian Paramedical College (APC) to help train competent and confident clinicians.
