From the moment they arrived, their professionalism stood out. The lead responder on-site introduced herself straight away, walked us through their setup, and clearly outlined expectations for the day. She was incredibly informative and set a calm, confident tone — it was a completely different and much-improved experience compared to previous years.

When an incident did occur — a concussion during the U16 Nedlands game — their response was immediate, and the ambulance from Ellenbrook arrived in excellent time. Everything ran smoothly and was handled with genuine care.

We wrapped up the day with a debrief, and they provided some useful feedback to help us keep aiming high at our home carnivals. The entire experience was seamless and reassuring from start to finish.
